I've tried many, many waxes in my endless search of a truly strong hold, and I was hopeful this might be it; however, this wax is not as strong as it could be. It's great, don't get me wrong, but strong it is not. This has about the same hold as Bossman's Mudstache wax. It's malleable and rinses off fairly easily with warm water, which is great. However, if you are looking for a legitimately strong wax, I've found that nothing (so far) compares to Wacky Tacky from Firehouse Mustache Wax. That being said, I will often mix a bit of Wacky Tacky with a bit of this to get a super strong hold that also has a bit more give to it. GBS, if you're listening, if you made something that was even somewhere between this and Wacky Tacky, I’d absolutely buy it. As it stands, this is great for lazy days, but is a mid-strength hold at best.
