Seems to leave a better texture in the beard than my regular shampoo. I don't like to use conditioner in my beard. The Beard wash gets all the balm out but leaves the beard comb-able. My regular routine is nightly shower using Beard Wash every other night or 3rd night (unless obviously necessary) , follow every bath with Beard Oil and use Beard Balm in the mornings. Beard is soft with out feeling greasy or waxy.

love the shampoo first time i bought the pump bottle and the top came loose in shipping so some of the product was just making a mess inside the packaging. just go a little tighter on the pump top and its golden
